Phobia refers to an intense fear towards a specific object or situation. For example, a person can develop a phobia towards a spider. This situation can provoke intense fear which in turn develops a panic attack when that person sees or thinks that there is a spider near him.

  1. Substance- induced anxiety disorder

This type of disorder is developed because of the use of a substance. Usually, people that develop this condition are drug abusers.
